NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the annual estimate of proposed expenditures and revenues of Sanitary District No. 1, Town of Hempstead for the period beginning January 1, 2012 and ending on December 31, 2012 will be held on September 8, 2011 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the offices of Sanitary District No. 1, Bay Boulevard, Lawrence, New York. A copy of the proposed expenditures and revenues will be available for public inspection at the offices of the District between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. commencing August 29, 2011 and up to the date of hearing. The District reserves the right to limit the time made available to any person appearing at the hearing and wishing to present comment regarding the District’s proposed budget.
